Architectural Reproductions employs an interdisciplinary approach to design, engineer, and produce interior and exterior molded architectural shapes. We work on a broad range of projects - from historic masonry restorations requiring stone or terra cotta replacements to stylized new construction needing molded columns, cornices, or ceilings - with a range of materials and techniques selected to provide a balance of appearance, durability, and cost.

We review field conditions and produce detailed drawings of our components, surrounding work, and attachment provisions, With 25 years of multiple materials experience, we frequently provide materials assessment and selection assistance, as well as coordination of engineering and connection design.

Using both traditional materials and more modern alternatives, we tailor solutions to the needs of the project, Architectural Reproductions has employed most moldable materials in a variety of applications. A short list of our materials includes many current industry standards:

Glassfiber Reinforced Gypsum (GRG)
Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC)
Polymer-modified Glassfiber Reinforced Gypsum (PGRG)
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP)
Precast Concrete and Cast Stone

Our craftsmen mold, fabricate, and finish components to your needs. We are skilled at creating special surface treatments including integral finishes to replicate natural stone and applied coatings to reproduce terra cotta glazes. We supply framing and connection systems, integrated sub-assemblies, and installation assistance as needed.

We have completed projects throughout the United States and numerous countries around the world, working with architects, contractors, preservationists, owners, and developers to bring ideas into fruition.
